NADA Home WiFi Antenna 6.5ft RP-SMA Magnetic Base 2.4/5GHz

SKU CH-A0RJ-QGCGK

Improves Wi-Fi signal range with a 6.5ft cable and magnetic base for flexible placement

  • Extends placement options with 6.5 ft cable
  • Dual-band 2.4/5 GHz support fits most routers
  • Magnetic base allows flexible mounting on metal
  • Omni-directional pattern broadens wireless coverage area
  • Designed to reduce dropped connections and instability

Extension cable and frequency support

This NADA Home WiFi antenna connects to routers, hotspots and adapters using an RP-SMA male connector and a 6.5ft extension cable. The omni-directional design operates on both 2.4 and 5GHz bands to strengthen wireless reception. A magnetic base allows quick placement on any suitable metal surface.

Compatibility focus and limitations

The antenna suits users who need flexible positioning to improve signal stability on existing RP-SMA equipment. It does not help buyers whose devices lack an external RP-SMA antenna port or who require a different connector type. Builders needing multiple antennas for MIMO configurations should verify port count on their hardware.

RP-SMA male connector fit

The single specification that decides fit is the RP-SMA male connector on the antenna cable. Your router, hotspot or adapter must provide a matching RP-SMA female jack for this antenna to attach. Without that exact port the antenna cannot be used.

Questions about this item

Will the RP-SMA male connector fit the antenna port on my existing router?

The RP-SMA male connector plugs directly into any router or device that has a matching RP-SMA female jack. Check your equipment for that specific port type before purchasing.

Can I use this 6.5ft antenna alongside the stock antennas that came with my router?

Yes, you can replace one or more of the original antennas with this unit. The magnetic base lets you position it separately for better reception while other antennas remain attached.

How do I confirm the 2.4 and 5GHz bands are both active after installing the antenna?

Connect to your router's admin interface and verify both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz radios show connected clients. Run a speed test on each band to confirm signal improvement.
