What it is and who it fits

Nakedcellphone Airbag Tempered Glass Screen Protector is a full-size clear guard made for the iPhone 12 Mini 5.4 inch display. It uses rigid tempered glass with a black trim border and an elevated airbag lip that keeps the screen recessed. The package includes a free screen-cleaner kit for a bubble-free installation.

Thermals noise and power in normal use

As a passive glass layer it generates no heat, makes no sound and draws no power during everyday handling. The oleophobic coating resists oil and grease so the surface stays clear without extra effort. The 0.28 mm thickness adds negligible bulk while maintaining full touch sensitivity.

Behaviour under sustained load rather than a burst

The 9H hardness rating and anti-shatter construction are designed to absorb repeated impacts and drops over the life of the device. Full edge coverage prevents dust and grime from collecting around the border during long-term wear. At a fraction of a typical 150 screen replacement cost it protects the display through continuous daily hazards.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Nakedcellphone Airbag Tempered Glass on my iPhone 12 Mini without trapping bubbles?

Clean the 5.4" display with the included screen-cleaner kit, peel the backing, align the black trim border with the phone edges, and press the centre so the adhesive spreads outward — the rigid .28mm glass self-seats and pushes air out automatically.

When will the oleophobic coating on this protector wear off and need replacement?

The oleophobic layer gradually loses repellency with daily wiping and pocket abrasion; plan to replace the protector once water no longer beads on the surface or fine scratches become visible on the 9H tempered glass.

What impact force exceeds the protection limit of the airbag elevated lip during a drop?

The raised black trim keeps the glass recessed, but a direct corner hit on concrete that transfers shock past the .28mm tempered layer can still crack the underlying iPhone 12 Mini display.
