Industrial-Grade Holster for Zebra EM45 RFID

The Nakedcellphone belt clip holster is built specifically for the Zebra EM45 RFID Enterprise Mobile device. Thick polycarbonate with a matte finish and a soft microfiber interior lining protects the screen while the unit rides face-inward. A ratcheting clip locks into 13 distinct angles for vertical or horizontal carry. The slim profile keeps the scanner close to the body for industrial workflows.

Replaces Loose Pocket Carry or Generic Sleeves

This holster upgrades from carrying the EM45 loose in a pocket or in a soft pouch that offers no retention or screen protection. The jump is worth it when workers need one-handed, quick-draw access and a guaranteed secure hold during active movement. The face-inward design eliminates screen scratches and accidental button presses that occur with open-top carriers. Fixed-angle clips cannot match the 13-position adjustability for varied tasks.

Verify Device Model and Carry Preference First

Confirm the unit is the Zebra EM45 RFID Enterprise Mobile; other Zebra models will not fit the contoured brackets. Ensure your work belt or waistband accommodates a rigid clip mount and that face-inward screen orientation suits your draw motion. The holster adds rigid bulk compared to a soft case, so check clearance against workstation edges or vehicle seats. No charging or data cables route through the holster body.

Questions about this item

Will the holster fit a standard 2-inch work belt?

The low-profile ratchet clip is designed to slide onto typical belt widths and locks in 13 positions so you can angle the EM45 vertically or horizontally.

How do I set the clip angle so it does not rotate loose during a shift?

Pull the clip outward, rotate to one of the 13 detented positions, then release it to lock; the ratchet holds the chosen angle until you pull it again.

Does the microfibre lining need replacement or cleaning over time?

The soft microfibre interior is built into the polycarbonate shell and is not removable; wipe it with a dry cloth if dust collects.
