What it is

The Nakedcellphone Holcom is a black protective case and belt-clip holster combo made for the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. The rigid polycarbonate shell has a rubberized powder coating and ribbed weave texture for grip. A built-in kickstand adds hands-free viewing.

Who it suits

It suits Galaxy Note 9 owners who want a single slim case that snaps into a rotating holster for quick belt carry. The holster holds the phone face-in for screen protection or face-out for viewing, and its micro-fibre lining prevents scratches. Buyers who need wireless charging compatibility or a folio-style wallet case should look elsewhere.

Installation and pitfalls

The hard shell snaps onto the phone back with cutouts for every button, port and sensor. The holster clip ratchets and locks in 13 positions so you can angle it to your preference. The main issue is that the combined thickness may not fit tight pockets, and the kickstand can snag on fabric when the phone is pulled from the holster.

Questions about this item

What type of belt clip comes with the Nakedcellphone case for my Galaxy Note 9?

The combo includes a custom belt clip holster with a ratchet mechanism that turns and locks in 13 positions, allowing the phone to be carried face-in for screen protection or face-out for viewing.

Can the Galaxy Note 9 stay inside the case when I dock it into the holster?

Yes, the holster is sized to fit the phone while the ribbed polycarbonate cover remains snapped on, and its micro-fibre lining prevents screen scratches in either orientation.

How do I know the kickstand on the case is working properly after I put it on?

The integrated kickstand should deploy smoothly from the back of the case and hold the Galaxy Note 9 steady in landscape mode for hands-free viewing.
