Rugged hybrid protection for iPhone 7 and 8

This fitted case combines a flexible TPU inner skin with a rubberised polycarbonate hard shell. The two layers snap together to shield the handset from drops while keeping the profile slim. All ports and controls remain directly accessible and the recessed screen lip prevents face-down scratches on flat surfaces.

Passive thermal management and silent operation

The open port cut-outs and non-insulating materials let the phone dissipate heat naturally during charging or heavy use. No fans, pumps or active cooling are present so the case adds zero audible noise. Power draw is unaffected because the accessory draws no electricity from the device.

Fits Apple iPhone 7 and 8 without extra bulk

The case wraps the handset precisely and requires no tools, adhesives or additional brackets. The integrated kickstand folds flush when not in use and snaps out for horizontal viewing on a desk or table. It does not support wireless charging, MagSafe accessories or vertical stand orientations.

Questions about this item

How do I install the two-piece hybrid case on my iPhone 7 or 8, and which step is most often missed?

First wrap the flexible TPU skin around the phone, then snap the black rubberised polycarbonate shell over it; the step people miss is ensuring the shell clicks securely into all four corners for full drop protection.

What part of the case will need replacement first with daily use?

The kickstand hinge and sliding mechanism endure repeated snapping and sliding, so they typically wear out before the TPU skin or hard shell.

At what point does the built-in kickstand become unreliable during extended viewing sessions?

The kickstand is designed for horizontal tabletop use; its plastic hinge and snap-lock can loosen after frequent deployment, causing the phone to tip over.
