Designed for Alcatel TCL Flip 2

This red grid-textured hard shell case is built specifically for the Alcatel TCL Flip 2 (T408DL) and compatible models including the TCL Flip (4058E), TCL Classic (4058R), and TCL Go Flip 2 (4058G). It suits owners who want a slim protective layer that preserves the flip-phone form factor.

Two-piece polycarbonate shell with grid grip

Rigid rubberized polycarbonate covers snap onto the front and back panels, adding minimal bulk while keeping the device pocketable. Precision cutouts leave every button, charger port, speaker, headset jack, camera, and emergency quick-dial button fully accessible, and the phone still flips open and closed normally. The matte powder coating and ribbed grid pattern give a tactile, fingerprint-resistant surface that improves everyday handling.

Upgrades from a bare phone or loose pouch

The case replaces using the handset with no protection or a generic sleeve that can shift and expose edges. The jump is worth it when you want impact and scratch defence for the exterior screen and body without losing the slim profile that lets the flip phone slide into a pocket or purse. Buyers who need a wallet folio, a belt clip, or waterproof sealing should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How does the two-piece hard shell attach to the Alcatel TCL Flip 2?

The front and back covers snap directly onto the phone panels; the front piece wraps the exterior screen with a raised trim that keeps it recessed.

Which ports and controls stay accessible on the T408DL with this case installed?

Cutouts align with every button, the charger port, speaker, headset jack, camera and the emergency quick-dial button; the flip hinge still opens and closes normally.

What is the correct order to snap the case on without forcing the hinge?

Close the phone first, press the back cover into place, then snap the front cover over the exterior screen — installing while open can misalign the hinge cutout.
