Universal Radio Holster for Tactical Gear

This pouch holds two-way radios from Motorola, Harris and Baofeng on MOLLE webbing or a duty belt up to three inches wide. The rugged canvas shell and quick-release side-squeeze buckle keep the handset secure while allowing one-handed access even with gloves on. An open top and adjustable drawstring accommodate taller handsets and long antennas. Dual hooks accept a cross-body strap or lanyard for alternative carry.

Check Radio Dimensions and Attachment Points

Verify that your handset is no wider than three inches and no deeper than two inches so it fits the universal cavity. Confirm your vest, pack or belt uses PALS-type webbing for the MOLLE straps or offers a vertical belt slot up to three inches wide. Ensure you have a compatible strap or lanyard if you plan to use the dual hooks for neck or chest carry.

Canvas Build Handles Heat and Abrasion

Heavy-duty canvas nylon resists abrasion and does not melt or stiffen in high ambient temperatures encountered during extended outdoor use. The open-top design lets air circulate around the radio, preventing heat build-up during long transmissions. No moving parts or closures generate noise, so the pouch stays silent during static observation or tactical movement.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately?

The package includes the canvas radio pouch with Molle straps, a belt loop, a quick-release buckle, dual attachment hooks, a side pen slot, and a patch. A cross-body strap or lanyard is not included and must be purchased separately if you want to wear the case around the neck or across the chest.

Which version should I choose for a Motorola APX 6000 versus a Harris XL-200P?

The pouch is a single universal size (3 x 1.5 x 5.9 inches) with an adjustable drawstring. It fits both the Motorola APX 6000 and the Harris XL-200P, along with other listed models up to 3 inches wide and 2 inches deep, so no separate version is required.

What does the 3-inch width limit mean when I put my radio inside?

The 3-inch width limit means the main compartment accommodates radios up to that width and 2 inches deep. The adjustable drawstring allows taller handsets and long antennas to extend upward while the quick-release buckle keeps the radio secure during movement.
