Mounting hardware for 1-3/8" closet poles

This pair of wood pole rod sockets provides secure mounting for closet poles up to 1-3/8 inches in diameter. The set includes one open and one closed bracket to suit different installation layouts. A natural wood finish allows painting or staining to match existing decor. Mounting screws are supplied for immediate fitting.

Passive wood brackets with no moving parts

Thermals, noise and power draw are not applicable because the product contains no electrical or mechanical components. The solid wood construction generates no heat and operates silently. No power supply or wiring is required for installation. The brackets rely solely on the supplied screws for structural support.

Questions about this item

How do I install the open and closed rod brackets, and what step is often missed?

Mount the closed bracket first, then fit the open bracket so the pole rests inside; the step often missed is pre-drilling pilot holes for the included screws to prevent the wood from splitting.

What maintenance will the natural-finish wood sockets need over time?

The unfinished wood can be painted or stained now; later, simply re-coat the finish if it wears or the sockets loosen, then retighten the supplied screws.
