Instant 1-Second Setup

The Naturehike YL01 camping chair uses a patented elastic cord system that connects the 7001 aluminium frame in one motion, locking fully in under one second. The design eliminates traditional assembly steps and saves 90 percent of the usual setup time. Weighing only 2.87 pounds, it folds into a compact 15 by 5.5 inch cylinder that fits easily in a backpack or bike bag.

Check Frame Lock and Ground Stability

Before sitting, confirm every joint has clicked into the fully locked position and that the chair rests on stable, even ground. The 441 pound capacity is valid only when the frame is completely secured and the surface is level. Inspect the 14mm aluminium tubes and 600D Oxford fabric for damage after transport, and keep the integrated cords taut so no parts come loose during use.

Suited for Solo Backpackers and Car Campers

This chair suits adults who want a sub-three-pound seat that deploys instantly on sand, grass or gravel. Buyers needing a higher weight rating than 441 pounds, a taller backrest, or a chair that converts to a stool should look at other models. The single-seat format also means groups will need multiple units for everyone to sit at once.

Questions about this item

Does the YL01 chair come with a carry bag, or must I buy one separately?

The chair folds into a 15 by 5.5 inch cylinder with the elastic cord integrated, so it packs as a single piece without loose parts.

Should I choose the YL01 at 2.87 lb and 441 lb capacity or the ultralight model at 1.9 lb and 265 lb capacity?

Pick the YL01 when you need the higher 441 lb limit and the 7001 aluminium X-frame; choose the 1.9 lb chair when minimum weight matters more than maximum load.

What does the 441 lb rating mean when I sit on uneven ground?

The 14 mm 7001 aluminium X-frame is tested to hold 441 lb on sand, grass, gravel or uneven terrain once the frame is fully locked.
