Large Extended Desk Pad

The Naukay NK2N01 measures 31.5 by 11.7 inches with a .1 inch profile. Its lycra surface and rubber base cover a full keyboard and mouse with room for other desk items. The waterproof coating causes liquids to bead and slide off for quick cleanup. Stitched edges resist fraying and degumming over time.

Practical Limits Of The Lycra Surface

The cloth texture optimises speed and control for optical and laser sensors. It does not offer the hard, low-friction glide of a rigid plastic or glass pad. Thick rubber backing dampens keystroke noise but adds a soft feel that some competitive players may find too compliant. Water resistance handles spills, not submersion or sustained moisture.

Upgrade From Standard Mouse Pads

Replaces small pads that force the keyboard off the surface or require frequent repositioning. The jump is worth it when desk space allows a single continuous mat for both input devices. Users who prefer a firm, thin hard pad or need a surface smaller than 11.7 inches wide will not benefit from this format.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 31.5 x 11.7 in version for a full-sized keyboard and mouse?

The 31.5 x 11.7 in dimensions give enough room for a full-sized keyboard and mouse side by side, keeping the desk surface tidy.

How does the 0.1 in thickness feel during long sessions?

At 0.1 in thick the pad feels soft under the hand, muffles typing noise and stays comfortable during extended use.

Does the rubber base grip well on smooth desks?

The anti-slip rubber base provides heavy grip that prevents sliding on smooth desk surfaces.
