  • Individually encased coils limit motion transfer to minimise partner disturbance
  • Reinforced 2.3 mm perimeter coils deliver edge-to-edge stability

Dual Firmness Hybrid Mattress

The Luna 12in King mattress uses a flippable hybrid design with pocketed springs and foam layers. Both sides are intentionally firm, offering a 6 to 7 feel on the top and a 7 to 8 feel on the bottom for adjustable support. A tight top construction reduces foam volume to limit heat retention during sleep. CertiPUR-US certified foams and flame resistant cotton complete the material specification.

Hot Sleepers Wanting Adjustable Firmness

This mattress suits side, back or stomach sleepers who tend to sleep hot and want the option to change firmness by flipping. The pocketed coil system limits motion transfer for couples sharing the bed. Buyers who prefer a plush, deep-sinking surface should look elsewhere, as both sides sit on the firmer end of the scale. Anyone needing a softer comfort layer will not find it here.

Bed Frame Compatibility Check

Confirm your bed frame or foundation supports a King size mattress with a 12in profile before ordering. Verify the slat spacing or platform surface matches the manufacturer requirements for hybrid construction to maintain the 10 year warranty coverage. Ensure the frame provides adequate centre support for the reinforced edge system. The 400 night trial begins on delivery.

Questions about this item

What bed frame or foundation dimensions do I need for a 12in King mattress?

A King size foundation or platform bed with a flat, solid surface or closely spaced slats will support the 12in hybrid construction.

Can I keep my existing adjustable base with this hybrid mattress?

The pocketed coil system and dual-sided foam layers flex enough to work on most adjustable bases that accept a 12in King profile.

How do I verify the two firmness sides feel like the rated 6 to 7 and 7 to 8?

Sleep on the top surface for several nights, then flip to the bottom side; the firmer 7 to 8 feel should be noticeably more supportive.
