Genuine OEM DMD Chip for NEC U250XG

This genuine OEM DMD chip is built for the NEC U250XG projector. It restores a clear image when the original chip develops dead pixels. The part is supplied new and carries a 60 day warranty. Installers and repair technicians will find it a direct replacement.

Tested reliability under continuous projection

Each unit is tested at least three times to confirm a clear image with no dead pixels. The repeated verification aims to ensure stable output during extended projection sessions. The chip is engineered to maintain consistent performance over long operating periods.

Thermal stability and power characteristics

The DMD chip operates within the projector's existing thermal and power envelope. No additional cooling or power modifications are required for normal use. It integrates with the factory optical engine to sustain reliable operation.

Questions about this item

How much power does the NEC U250XG DMD chip draw when the projector runs all day?

The DMD chip itself consumes negligible power; the projector's lamp and cooling system determine overall draw, so refer to the U250XG manual for full-system figures.

Which NEC projectors is this DMD chip confirmed to fit so I know my model is compatible?

This genuine OEM chip is listed for the NEC U250XG, NP-U250XG and NPU250XG models; verify your projector's exact model number before ordering.

Will this replacement chip work alongside the original optics and colour wheel already inside my U250XG?

Yes, it is an OEM-spec DMD designed to slot into the existing U250XG optical engine without changes to lenses, colour wheel or firmware.
