Wireless tabletop microphone

The Neewer CM28 is a wireless condenser microphone designed for desktop use. It connects to computers, phones or consoles through a combined USB-C and USB-A cable and requires no driver installation. The package includes a lavalier transmitter for hands-free recording.

AI noise cancellation and cardioid pickup

Built-in AI noise reduction suppresses keyboard, fan and background voices when activated by a long press. The cardioid polar pattern focuses on sound in front of the capsule while rejecting off-axis noise. A 3.5 mm TRS jack provides zero-latency monitoring with separate gain and headphone volume dials.

48 kHz 24-bit sampling rate

The microphone captures audio at 48 kHz with 24-bit depth across a 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency range. This specification determines the fidelity ceiling for streaming, podcasting or voice-over work and should match the project’s required sample rate.

Questions about this item

How much power does the CM28 draw when it runs all day?

The CM28 is powered through its 2-in-1 USB-C and USB-A cable, so it draws only the bus power your computer or console provides.

What device or port must I already have for the CM28 to work?

You need a free USB-A or USB-C port on a Mac, Windows PC, PS4, PS5 or an Android device with OTG enabled; the 2-in-1 cable plugs straight in.

Will the CM28’s 3.5 mm monitor jack work with my existing wired headphones?

Yes, the 3.5 mm TRS jack accepts any standard wired headphones for zero-latency monitoring while you record or stream.
