Each module runs at 4800 MT/s (PC5-38400) with a CAS latency of 40 at 1.10V. The 4Rx4 organisation delivers high density per slot, so two modules fill two DIMM positions with 256GB total. Workloads that exceed this capacity will need additional slots or higher-density modules.

DDR5 ECC registered interface

The DDR5 ECC registered interface adds on-die error correction and a register to reduce electrical load on the memory bus. This improves signal integrity at speed but requires a motherboard chipset that supports registered DDR5. Systems limited to unbuffered memory or earlier DDR generations cannot use these modules.
