Server DDR5 registered ECC module

This NEMIX RAM module delivers 32GB of DDR5 memory at 5600MHz with PC5-44800 bandwidth. It is built for servers that require registered ECC RDIMMs and operates at a standard 1.1V. The single 288-pin DIMM uses a 2Rx8 organisation with CL46 latency. It is not compatible with standard PC desktop motherboards.

Sustained load behaviour with registered ECC

The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the server memory controller during continuous operation. On-die ECC corrects single-bit errors without halting the system. Samsung, Micron or Hynix major-OEM chips provide the underlying density. CL46 timing and 1.1V voltage are maintained across the full 5600MHz data rate.
