This NEMIX RAM kit provides 384GB of DDR5 ECC unbuffered memory across eight 48GB modules. It runs at 5200 MT/s with CL42 latency at 1.10V. The 288-pin UDIMM form factor fits server and workstation boards that support DDR5 ECC unbuffered DIMMs. No heat spreaders are included on the modules.

Suits ECC-capable servers and workstations

The kit is intended for systems that require error-correcting code memory and accept unbuffered DDR5 UDIMMs. It will not work in platforms that only support registered or load-reduced DIMMs. Builders needing non-ECC memory or registered modules should look elsewhere.

Fits DDR5 ECC UDIMM slots
