The modules run at 1.1 V with a CAS latency of 52 and a 2Rx4 organisation. 288-pin RDIMM form factor with major OEM chips

Each stick uses a standard 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM edge connector built with Samsung, Micron or Hynix components. The registered design adds a buffer chip between the DRAM and the motherboard, so the platform must explicitly support RDIMM topology. Mixing with unbuffered or LRDIMM modules is not supported.
