The modules run at the standard DDR5 4800 data rate (PC5-38400) with a CAS latency of 40 cycles at 1.10V. Registered buffering adds one clock cycle of address/command delay, so the memory controller must support RDIMM topology; unbuffered consumer boards will not accept these modules.

288-pin RDIMM form factor without heat spreaders

Each stick uses the 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM pin-out and omits a heat spreader, relying on chassis airflow for cooling. The 2Rx4 density fits the Precision 7960 memory slots, but systems limited to single-rank or unbuffered DIMMs cannot use this kit.
