Neodymium Fishing Magnet 500 lbs 60mm

Neodymium Fishing Magnet 500 lbs

This 60 mm neodymium fishing magnet is built for magnet-fishing enthusiasts who want strong retrieval power in lakes, rivers and docks. An N52-grade rare-earth magnet sits at the base, while a 304 stainless steel threaded ring resists corrosion in wet conditions. The design concentrates magnetic force at the bottom and shields the other sides with a thickened steel cup.

Capacity and headroom

Under ideal conditions the magnet delivers 500 pounds of pulling force, enough for heavy tools, scrap metal and larger submerged objects. Real-world hold drops with uneven surfaces, mud, rust or non-ferrous debris, so the rated figure is a ceiling rather than a guarantee. The 2.36-inch diameter limits contact area on small or irregular items.

Thermals noise and power draw

Passive operation means no fan noise, no electrical draw and no heat generated during use. The Ni+Cu+Ni coating and chromium oxide film protect the magnet from moisture and mechanical damage during repeated throws. Performance stays consistent as long as the magnet avoids severe impact or temperatures beyond the material's standard limits.
