24-Port Gigabit Unmanaged Switch

The Netgear GS324-200NAS is a 24-port Gigabit Ethernet unmanaged switch built for small offices and home networks that need many wired connections. It delivers 10/100/1000 Mbps speeds on every port with a non-blocking architecture for wire-speed throughput.

Flexible Mounting and Silent Operation

The metal chassis supports desktop, wall-mount or rack-mount placement using the included hardware and runs without a fan for silent operation. An internal 110-240 V power supply draws up to 11.1 W and requires only a standard AC outlet.

Upgrade from Smaller Unmanaged Switches

The jump from a 5-port or 8-port unmanaged switch is worth it when you have more devices than ports and want a single, quiet metal unit that handles 24 connections without configuration. Buyers who need Power over Ethernet for cameras or phones should look elsewhere because this model has no PoE support.

Questions about this item

How many devices can connect at full gigabit speed before the MAC table fills up?

The switch supports an 8K MAC address table, so it can track thousands of connected devices across its 24 ports without running out of entries.

Does the fanless design stay silent and cool during continuous 24-port operation?

Yes, the fanless metal chassis runs silently and is rated for 0° to 40°C ambient temperature while drawing a maximum of 11.1 W.

What cables and power source are needed to start using the 24 RJ45 ports immediately?

Standard twisted-pair Ethernet cables for each device and a 110–240 V AC outlet for the internal power supply; no crossover cables or configuration required.
