A 48-port Gigabit rackmount smart switch with four 10G SFP+ uplinks, Layer 3 static routing for 32 routes, cloud management via Insight, and quiet 26.80–37.3 dBA operation at 25 °C
Model GS752TX-300NAS
The Netgear GS752TX-300NAS is a rackmount Gigabit Ethernet switch with 48 RJ45 ports and four dedicated 10G SFP+ uplinks. It delivers Layer 3 static routing with 32 IPv4 and 32 IPv6 routes for local inter-VLAN traffic. Management is handled through the Insight mobile app, cloud portal, lite CLI or web interface, supporting zero-touch provisioning and multi-site visibility. Maximum power draw without PoE is 43 W and acoustic output ranges from 26.80 to 37.3 dBA at 25 °C.
This switch suits administrators who need cloud-managed Layer 2 and Layer 3 features such as VLANs, ACLs, DHCP services and static routing in a 1U form factor. It is not for buyers who require Power over Ethernet on the copper ports or who need dynamic routing protocols beyond the 32 static entries provided. The 1.5 MB buffer and 130.94 Mpps forwarding rate support typical access-layer workloads but not high-density data-centre cores.
The four dedicated SFP+ ports provide 10 Gbps fiber uplinks with redundancy and failover, a capability that determines whether this model fits a network design that requires high-speed aggregation without consuming RJ45 ports.
