Plug-in digital clock with battery backup
The Netzu 6208B is a mains-powered digital alarm clock measuring 15.8 in x 3.81 in x 7.2 in with a black-blue finish. It operates from the included USB cable and accepts three AAA batteries as backup to preserve time and alarm settings during power cuts. The 48 mm blue digits can be viewed in 12 or 24 hour format across five brightness levels.
Who this suits and who it does not
It suits sleepers who need dual alarms with four adjustable volume levels and a top-mounted snooze button for an extra nine minutes. It is not for buyers who want a clock that runs on batteries alone, because the display and all functions require a wired connection. It also does not suit anyone needing wireless connectivity or projection features, which this model lacks.
Critical spec: plug-in power with battery memory
The single specification that decides fit is that the clock must remain plugged in for the display and alarms to operate; batteries only retain settings and sound the alarm during a mains failure. If your bedside has no USB port or outlet within cable reach, this unit will not work as intended.

Questions about this item
Will the Netzu 6208B keep its time and alarm settings if I unplug it to move it between rooms?
Yes, three AAA batteries (not included) act as backup memory so all settings survive a power loss, though the screen stays dark until mains power returns.
How can I verify the 48 mm blue digits are bright enough for my bedside after I set it up?
Cycle through the five dimmer levels using the brightness control; the highest setting gives maximum output while the lowest blanks the display completely.
Does the package include the USB power cable and the three AAA batteries needed for backup?
The plug-in cable is included, but the three AAA batteries for memory backup must be purchased separately.
