Plug-in digital clock with battery backup

This Netzu 6208B digital alarm clock runs from a USB power supply with the cable included. Three AAA batteries (not supplied) keep time and alarm settings during a mains failure, though they cannot light the display or run the clock for daily use. The 15.8 in wide unit shows bold 48 mm blue digits on a 6.2 in LED screen.

Suits bedrooms needing loud, adjustable wake-up

Two independent alarms and four volume levels help deep sleepers, shift workers or households with different schedules. Five dimmer steps let the display go from bright to completely dark, and a top-mounted snooze button adds nine extra minutes. Buyers who want a clock that runs on batteries alone or who need projection, radio or smartphone features should look elsewhere.

USB power required for all display

The clock only operates when plugged in; batteries serve solely as a memory backup for settings and alarm triggering during power cuts. No wireless connectivity, projection or audio streaming is provided.
