Queen-Size Metal Platform Bed

The NEW JETO NJT-402004-14 is a queen-size platform bed built from powder-coated metal with a 14-inch profile. It supports a mattress directly without a box spring and provides 14 inches of clearance underneath for storage bins or luggage. The frame measures 79.5 in by 59.5 in and suits bedrooms, guest rooms or dormitories.

Tool-Free Assembly With Included Hardware

All required screws and tools ship in the package so the frame can be assembled in minutes. The structure uses reinforced metal rods and centre support legs that lock together to prevent sliding or creaking. Missing or misaligned bolts during the initial build are the most common cause of instability later.

Fixed 14-Inch Clearance Limits Under-Bed Use

The 14.0-inch floor-to-base height determines what containers fit beneath the frame; taller totes or drawers will not clear. The metal slats are spaced for standard mattress support but cannot be adjusted for heavier specialty mattresses. Buyers needing adjustable height or integrated drawers should consider a different frame style.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the frame is assembled correctly and holding the mattress without shifting?

After assembly, press on each corner and the centre; the 14 inch high powder-coated metal frame with steel slats and centre support legs should feel rigid with no creaking or lateral movement.

What components are included in the package and what extra items are required?

The box contains the metal bed frame, all screws and an instruction sheet; no box spring is needed and no additional tools must be purchased.

Which bed size and clearance height should I select for a standard queen mattress and maximum under-bed storage?

Choose the Queen model with the 14 inch floor-to-base height; its 79.5 by 59.5 inch footprint fits a standard queen mattress and provides the full 14 inches of vertical storage space.
