One-Swipe Batter Removal

The New Metro Design SP1-RED is a 12-inch silicone spatula built to clean mixer beaters, whisks and dough hooks in a single pass. Custom notches match the profile of common attachments so batter goes into the bowl instead of staying on the blade. Home bakers and everyday cooks get a single tool that handles scraping, stirring and serving.

Stainless Core and Heat Resistance

A stainless steel core runs through the blade to stop flexing when working with thick doughs or heavy batters. The silicone is made without BPA or PFAS and withstands dishwasher cycles for easy cleanup. A non-slip thumb grip keeps the 11 in x 2.5 in x 0.1 in tool secure in wet or oily hands during sautéing or mixing.

Check Mixer Attachment Profiles

Verify that your stand-mixer or hand-mixer beaters, whisks and dough hooks match the notched profiles shown for flat beaters, flex-edge blades and standard whisk wires. The spatula is sold as a single red unit and is not a set, so buyers needing multiple colours or spare scrapers should order additional units separately.
