This part ensures the grill's control knob lighting operates correctly for evening cooking sessions.

Compatibility Determined by Grill Model Number

Fitment depends entirely on matching your grill's exact model number to the supported list. The switch fits KitchenAid models such as 720-0709C and 730-0732, plus Members Mark 720-0839. It also replaces components referenced as 860-0031 and 860-0030. Verify your model before ordering to avoid mismatched parts.

Consistent Operation During Extended Grilling

The switch maintains reliable contact through repeated heating and cooling cycles typical of long cooking periods. Its construction resists degradation from grease exposure and ambient temperature swings. The component delivers steady actuation without intermittent flickering when the grill hood remains closed for hours.
