Rotisserie Burner Igniter Wire

This replacement igniter wire restores spark delivery to the rotisserie burner on compatible grills. It is intended for owners of Better Homes and Gardens, KitchenAid or Nexgrill models listed in the fitment data who need a direct-fit part. Buyers with other grill brands or unlisted model numbers will not be able to use this wire.

Sustained ignition reliability

The wire carries high-voltage pulses from the igniter module to the rotisserie burner electrode during each start-up cycle. Under normal grilling use it is exposed to heat, grease vapour and weather, so the insulation and connector integrity determine whether the spark reaches the burner consistently over many cooking sessions. A cracked or corroded original wire typically causes intermittent or failed ignition after the grill has been in service for several seasons.

Fitment and connection check

Confirm that your grill model appears in the supported list: 720-0882, 720-0882R, 740-0780, 740-0781, 750-0780, 750-0781 and the 860-0031 side-unit panel. Verify the existing wire routing length and the connector style at both the module and electrode ends before ordering. Grills not listed or those with a different electrode connector type will require a different part.
