Rotisserie Burner Flex Gas Line

The NEXGRILL 11000025A0 is a replacement flex gas line designed for rotisserie burners on compatible grills. It restores fuel delivery to the rear infrared burner so the rotisserie function operates as intended. This part suits owners of listed KitchenAid and Nexgrill models needing a direct-fit replacement.

Fits 38 specific grill models across brands

The line fits 11 KitchenAid models including 720-0954, 740-0780, 730-0733 and 860-0003. It also fits one KitchenAid Old model 720-0733 and 26 Nexgrill models such as 720-0896, 860-0028, 720-0778A and 740-0005. It does not fit grills outside these listed model numbers.

Installs between the gas valve and rotisserie burner

The flexible line connects the grill's control valve to the rotisserie burner assembly, replacing a cracked or blocked original. No additional fittings are required for the listed models. It frees the rotisserie function for use without replacing the entire burner assembly.

Questions about this item

Will the 11000025A0 flex gas line connect to my existing 860-0003 rotisserie burner without modification?

Yes, the 11000025A0 is listed as a direct fit for the 860-0003 burner assembly used on numerous KitchenAid and Nexgrill grill models.

How can I verify the 11000025A0 is supplying gas correctly once installed?

With the gas on, check for bubbles at every connection using leak-detection fluid; a steady blue flame at the rotisserie burner confirms proper flow.

Does the 11000025A0 package include any fittings or seals, or must I reuse the old ones?

The part is sold as a single flex gas line; any required nuts, ferrules or O-rings are not included and must be sourced separately.
