NG Orifice Pack for Nexgrill Grills

This NG orifice pack is a genuine replacement part designed for Nexgrill gas grills. It contains the precision-drilled orifices required to convert or service the appliance for natural gas operation. The kit fits models 860-0028 and 720-0958AE. It is sold individually as a new component.

Natural Gas Conversion Interface Limits

The orifices are calibrated specifically for natural gas pressure and flow requirements. They cannot be used with propane supply lines or regulators. Installation must follow the grill manufacturer's conversion instructions to ensure correct burner ignition and flame characteristics. Using incorrect orifices creates a safety hazard.

Replaces Worn Orifices on Listed Models

This pack replaces the original factory orifices on compatible Nexgrill units when they become damaged, corroded, or blocked. The upgrade is worth it when converting an existing grill from propane to natural gas supply. It is not for grills outside the two listed model numbers or for dual-fuel configurations not approved by the manufacturer.
