NEXGRILL 120850003150 NG Orifice Pack appliance part

NG Orifice Pack for Nexgrill models

This NG Orifice Pack carries part number 120850003150 and is built for natural-gas conversion on compatible Nexgrill grills. It fits the 810-0026E model and five additional 720-0896 variants sold in the USA and Canada during 2021. The pack contains the precision-drilled orifices required to adapt the burner system from propane to natural gas supply. Homeowners and technicians performing a fuel-type change on these specific grills will use this kit.

Sustained-load behaviour

Each orifice meters gas flow to maintain a steady flame across all burners during extended cooking sessions. The brass construction resists corrosion from combustion by-products and outdoor exposure, so the calibrated openings stay consistent over many heating cycles. Proper installation ensures the grill holds the selected temperature without flare-ups or pressure drop when multiple burners run together. Regular inspection of the orifice tips keeps the conversion performing as intended.

Upgrade context

This pack replaces the factory propane orifices originally fitted to the 720-0896 and 810-0026 series grills. The jump is worth it when the grill is being permanently connected to a household natural-gas line instead of a portable LP cylinder. It is not for owners who plan to switch back to propane or who need orifices for any other grill brand or model series.
