Direct-Fit Sear Burner

This NEXGRILL 1407634 sear burner replaces the original component on compatible Jenn Air grills. It measures 16 1/2 inches by 6 inches with a 16-3/8 inch overall length. The part is designed for models 720-0336, 720-0337, 730-0336 and 730-0337. It also fits older Jenn Air models 720-0511 and 720-0512.

Simple Swap Installation

Remove the old burner and position the new unit using the existing mounting points. The 12-3/4 inch by 5-3/4 inch footprint aligns with the factory cutout. A common issue is debris blocking the gas ports after fitting; clean the ports before the first use. Verify the igniter sparks correctly across the new burner surface.

Verify Grill Model First

Confirm your grill model number matches one of the six listed identifiers before ordering. The part number 1407634 cross-references to aftermarket code WB6BL. This burner is not compatible with grills outside the specified Jenn Air and Jenn Air Old series. Check the rating plate on your appliance to avoid a mismatched return.
