NEXGRILL 1898 Orifice-LP Side Burner

This genuine appliance part replaces the side burner orifice on compatible gas grills. It is manufactured to a 1.02MM specification with a 10000BT rating. The component carries part number NEX1898 and is supplied new in single-unit packaging.

Fits Jenn Air and Nexgrill grill models

The orifice fits eight Jenn Air models including 720-0061, 720-0077, 720-0062 and 720-0150 variants. It also fits seven Nexgrill models such as 720-0039, 720-0061, 720-0077, 720-0193 and 720-0150. Owners of other grill brands or unlisted model numbers should verify compatibility before purchase.

Delivers consistent LP gas flow under continuous use

The 1.02MM aperture meters propane to maintain a steady 10000BT output during extended cooking sessions. Brass construction resists corrosion from repeated heating and cooling cycles. The orifice retains calibration without drift when the side burner operates at full load for long periods.

Questions about this item

Which grill models accept this 1.02 mm LP orifice for the side burner?

It fits Nexgrill models 720-0039, 720-0039-LP, 720-0061, 720-0062, 720-0077, 720-0150 and 720-0193 plus Jenn Air models 720-0061, 720-0062, 720-0077 and 720-0150 in both LP variants.

Will this orifice work on a side burner originally rated for a different BTU output?

The part is specified for a 10,000 BTU side burner; using it on a burner with another rating may alter flame characteristics and is not recommended.

How can I verify the orifice is installed correctly after replacement?

With the gas on, the side burner should ignite smoothly and produce a steady blue flame with a well-defined inner cone at the 10,000 BTU setting.
