Compatible Grill Models

This grease box is designed for Nexgrill models 720-0882A, 720-0783H and 720-0830H. It serves as a direct replacement for the original Infrared Plus Heat Plate assembly. The part is discontinued by the manufacturer, making this new-old-stock unit a critical repair item for these specific grills.

Installation and Fit

The component fits grills manufactured before 2020 and matches the original dimensions of length 4 7/16 and width 5 1/8. No modifications are required during installation; it slots into the existing cavity beneath the burners. Replacing a damaged box restores proper grease management and protects the lower grill chassis from drippings.

Upgrade Context

This part replaces a cracked, warped or missing grease box on the listed models. The jump is worth it when the original tray can no longer contain runoff or has developed holes that create flare-ups. It is not for grills produced after 2020 or for other brands that use different mounting points or tray dimensions.

What heat or noise should I expect when the grease box runs all day?

As a passive metal tray it produces no noise and adds negligible heat beyond what the grill already generates.

Which grill models must I already own for this grease box to fit?

It fits Nexgrill models 720-0882A, 720-0783H and 720-0830H manufactured before 2020.
