Replacement Grid for Charmglow and Nexgrill

This stainless steel cooking grid replaces the original part that is no longer manufactured. It fits three Charmglow models and one Nexgrill model, plus a Sterling Forge unit. The grid restores a clean cooking surface on compatible grills. Buyers with other brands or unlisted models will need a different part.

Dimensions and Material

The grid measures 19 1/8 by 12 inches and is made from stainless steel instead of the original material. This size provides the same footprint as the discontinued grid. The stainless construction resists corrosion during regular use. Grills requiring a different cooking area cannot use this replacement.

Compatibility Limits

Only the four listed model numbers across three brands are confirmed to fit. The part will not align with grills that use a different grid size or mounting pattern. Owners of other Charmglow, Nexgrill or Sterling Forge models should verify their original dimensions before ordering. No universal fit is claimed or implied.

Questions about this item

Will this 19 1/8 x 12 stainless grid sit flat on the cast burners of my Charmglow 720-0036-HD-05?

The grid is built to the original 19 1/8 x 12 footprint for the Charmglow 720-0036-HD-05, so it rests directly on the existing burner supports without modification.

How do I confirm the grid heats evenly after I install it on my Nexgrill 720-0083-04R?

Light all burners, close the lid for ten minutes, then check for consistent sear marks across the full 19 1/8 x 12 surface — even colour means the grid is seated correctly.

Does the box include any mounting clips for the Sterling Forge 720-0016-LP or just the grid itself?

Only the stainless steel cooking grid is supplied; the original clips on the Sterling Forge 720-0016-LP are reused.
