Fits Nexgrill 720-0969G Grill

This grease tray assembly is a genuine replacement part for the Nexgrill 720-0969G gas grill. It collects drippings during cooking to keep the burner area clean and reduce flare-ups. The tray measures 25 9/16 by 14.25 inches. It is supplied new and ready to install.

Owners of Listed 720-0830 Models

The assembly also fits the 720-0830H, 720-0830X and 720-0830HM grills, including the 2021 Home Depot variants. If your grill carries a different model number, this tray will not align with the mounting points. Buyers needing a tray for other brands or unlisted Nexgrill series should look elsewhere.

Part Number 120850002459

The manufacturer part number 120850002459 is the single identifier that confirms compatibility with the approved grill models. Match this number to your grill's documentation before ordering. An incorrect part number means the tray will not fit the chassis.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 25 9/16 by 14.25 inch grease tray assembly into my 720-0969G grill?

Slide the tray into the rails beneath the firebox until it seats fully; the step most people miss is pushing it all the way to the rear stop so the front lip sits flush with the grill frame.

When will the 120850002459 tray need replacement under normal use?

Replace it once the metal warps, cracks or develops holes that let grease reach the burner box; heavy grilling can shorten that to one season while light use may give several years.

What is the first limit that appears during a long cook with this tray?

The 14.25 inch width caps the grease volume; once the tray fills, overflow can drip onto the burners and cause flare‑ups.
