Exact Replacement Igniter Junction Wire

This igniter junction wire is a genuine Nexgrill part designed to restore spark delivery on compatible grills. It fits the 720-0988EG model and the 740-0712 model across both current and older Jenn Air listings. The part number is NEX07000707A0 and it ships as a single unit.

Direct Fit for Three Grill Listings

The wire connects the igniter module to the electrode assembly on the specified Nexgrill and Jenn Air grills. It handles the standard ignition circuit for those two model numbers only. Compatibility ends there; grills not listed will not accept this connector or wire length.

Part Number NEX07000707A0 Decides Fitment

Verify the grill model tag reads 720-0988EG or 740-0712 before ordering. If the tag shows any other number this wire will not connect correctly and the igniter will not function. No other specification overrides this model match.

Questions about this item

Will this igniter junction wire connect to the existing electrode assembly on my 720-0988EG grill?

Yes, the wire is listed as a direct fit for the 720-0988EG model and is designed to integrate with the factory igniter system on that unit.

How can I verify the new wire is functioning correctly once installed?

Turn the ignition knob; a consistent spark should appear at the burner electrodes and the burners should light within a few seconds.

Does the package include mounting clips or connectors, or must I reuse the original hardware?

The part is sold as a single igniter junction wire; any retaining clips or connectors from the original assembly are reused during installation.
