Questions about this item

Will the stainless-steel grid need seasoning or replacement over time?

The stainless-steel construction resists rust and corrosion, so the grid does not require seasoning and typically lasts for many grilling seasons before any replacement is considered.

What is the first limitation when the grid is used for long, high-heat sessions?

The grid measures 19-1/4 by 12-1/8 inches, so the cooking surface area is the first constraint when loading large quantities of food for extended periods.

How much heat does the grid retain and does it affect grill temperature during all-day use?

The stainless-steel material holds heat evenly across its 19-1/4 by 12-1/8 inch surface, helping maintain consistent grill temperatures throughout the day.
