Stainless Steel Construction Handles Heat

The rack is built from stainless steel that withstands repeated exposure to cooking temperatures without warping. Its open-wire design lets heat circulate evenly around food while adding negligible mass to the grill lid.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 120870002284 warming rack on my 720-0896C grill, and what step is often missed?

Rest the rack’s side tabs onto the rear shelf brackets and push forward until the front hooks click under the lip; the step many miss is confirming both front hooks are fully seated before loading food.

What part of the 120870002284 warming rack will need replacement first with regular use?

The chrome-plated wire grid is the wear item; once the coating flakes or the wires sag from repeated heat cycles the rack should be replaced.

What is the first limit you hit when keeping the 120870002284 warming rack loaded during a long cook?

The rack’s wire spacing and thin gauge limit how much weight it can hold before the grid bows, so heavy dishes must be split across the main grate instead.
