NexiGo HelloCam N930W 1080p Webcam

The NexiGo HelloCam N930W is a USB 2.0 video capturing device built for Windows 10 and 11 users who want fast facial sign-in. Its integrated Windows Hello support lets you unlock the computer without typing a password. Dual noise-canceling microphones suppress background sound for clearer voice pickup during calls or streams. An automatic privacy shutter opens when a video session starts and closes when it ends, keeping the lens covered while idle.

1080p 30 fps capture with fixed focus

The 2.1 megapixel CMOS sensor records up to 1080p at 30 fps using YUY2 or MJPEG compression. Fixed focus is optimised for distances between 12.4 and 47.2 inches, so the image stays sharp across typical desk setups. Automatic exposure adjusts gain to match room lighting without manual tweaking. The camera does not offer 60 fps at 1080p or any 4K mode, limiting high-motion or ultra-high-definition workflows.

USB 2.0 plug-and-play for desktop and laptop

The webcam connects through a single USB 2.0 port and requires no external power adapter, freeing a wall outlet and reducing cable clutter. UVC compliance means it works with Zoom, OBS, Twitch, YouTube and similar software without extra drivers. The 90 degree field of view suits solo presenters; groups or wide scenes may fall outside the frame. No tripod thread or privacy cover override is provided.

Questions about this item

Will the HelloCam N930W work with my older PC that only has USB 2.0 ports?

The HelloCam N930W connects via USB 2.0, so it is compatible with any system that provides a standard USB 2.0 or newer port, including older PCs.

How can I confirm Windows Hello facial recognition is active after plugging in the N930W?

Open Windows Settings, go to Accounts > Sign-in options, and verify that Face recognition (Windows Hello) appears and lets you set up or improve recognition.

Does the N930W box include a tripod or mounting hardware, or must I buy them separately?

The supplied unit mounts directly on a monitor via its built-in clip; a tripod or extra mount is not included and would be a separate purchase.
