Thermals and Efficiency

Fire-resistant materials and intelligent protection systems guard against overheating and short circuits during charging sessions. The power bank manages heat effectively while delivering up to 22.5W through PD 3.0, QC 3.0 and SCP protocols.

Questions about this item

How do I start charging my phone from the USB-C port on the NGS QUIZ 10?

Connect a USB-C cable to the port and your device; charging begins automatically once the power bank detects the device.

What part of the NGS QUIZ 10 will wear out first with repeated charging?

The internal battery cell loses capacity over many charge cycles; the LED display and ports do not degrade in the same way.

What stops the NGS QUIZ 10 from delivering 22.5W continuously during a long charge?

Internal temperature protection reduces output if the unit gets too hot, so sustained maximum power is limited by heat.
