Pocket-Sized Label Maker

The NHOWIN NHS1 S1 is a portable thermal printer that creates 57 mm wide labels and stickers without ink or toner. It connects to iOS and Android devices over Bluetooth and is driven by the Luck Jingle app, which supplies templates, OCR scanning and AI-assisted layout tools. The printer weighs 145 grams and measures 3.15 x 3.15 x 1.77 inches, so it fits in a pocket or small bag for on-the-go labelling tasks.

Sustained Printing Behaviour

Because the device uses direct thermal technology, there are no ribbons or cartridges to replace during long sessions; output continues as long as the 57*30 cm paper rolls last. The 203 DPI print head maintains consistent density across repeated labels, and the Bluetooth link remains stable while the app queues multiple jobs. Print speed is rated for portable use, so throughput stays steady rather than bursting and then throttling.

Thermals, Noise and Power Draw

The inkless thermal mechanism runs cool and silent, producing no audible fan or motor whine during normal operation. Power is supplied via the included Type-C cable, and the unit charges from any standard USB source; no separate adapter is bundled. In typical use the printer draws minimal current, letting a single charge support many label rolls before recharging is needed.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the NHS1 S1 produce when printing labels continuously through a full day?

The thermal print head runs without ink or toner, so there is no warm-up cycle and no fan; the unit stays cool and silent even during long print sessions.

What must I already own to start printing with the NHS1 S1 via Bluetooth?

You need a smartphone or tablet running iOS or Android and the free Luck Jingle app; the printer ships with two rolls of thermal paper and two rolls of self-adhesive sticker paper, plus a Type-C charging cable.

Can the NHS1 S1 print from a legacy Windows laptop that only has USB and no Bluetooth?

The printer communicates solely over Bluetooth, so a computer without built-in Bluetooth or a Bluetooth adapter cannot send print jobs directly.
