Nibco, Inc. 607LTR Reducing 90 Degree Long Radius Elbow 1-1/4" x 1
A wrot-copper 90-degree long-radius reducing elbow joins 1-1/4 in and 1 in copper tube for air, gas or potable water systems rated to 351 psi at 200 °F
- Reduces pipe size smoothly with 90-degree long radius sweep
- Handles air, gases and potable water in one fitting
- Wrot copper construction resists corrosion for long service life
- Rated to 351 psi at 200 degrees Fahrenheit
- Withstands continuous temperatures up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
NIBCO 607LTR Reducing 90-Degree Long Radius Elbow
This wrot copper fitting joins a 1-1/4 inch copper tube to a 1 inch copper tube at a right angle using sweat connections on both ends. It handles air, gases and potable water in plumbing installations. The long-radius design reduces turbulence and pressure drop compared to short-radius alternatives.
Wrot copper construction with cup-to-cup sweat ends
The elbow is made from wrot copper for corrosion resistance and reliable solder joints. Side A accepts a 1-3/8 inch outer diameter tube and Side B accepts a 1-1/8 inch outer diameter tube. Both ends use standard cup connections for sweat soldering during installation.
Rated 351 psi at 200°F
This fitting replaces a straight coupling or short-radius elbow when a change of direction and pipe size reduction are needed together. The long-radius bend is worth the extra space when system efficiency and flow noise are priorities over compactness. Not suited for press-fit or threaded pipe systems.

Questions about this item
What is the maximum pressure the 90-degree long-radius elbow handles at 200 °F?
The fitting is rated for 351 psi at 200 °F, which is the highest pressure you can run through it at that temperature.
What copper tube sizes does the reducing elbow join, and what are the actual tube outer diameters?
It connects 1-1/4 in and 1 in copper tube sizes; the corresponding tube outer diameters are 1-3/8 in and 1-1/8 in.
How is the sweat fitting installed, and what is the step most people get wrong?
Clean both tube ends and the fitting cups, apply flux, insert tubes fully, then heat the joint evenly with a torch until solder flows into the cup — the common mistake is moving the joint before the solder has completely solidified.
