Installation context

This valve threads directly onto 1/2 inch FNPT pipe ends without special tools or adapters. Its two-piece bronze body and PTFE body seal create a tight joint while the blowout-proof stem prevents stem ejection during pressure spikes. The RPTFE seats and chrome-plated brass ball reduce operating torque, freeing the installer from excessive force during commissioning. Thermal and pressure limits

The assembly is rated for 600 psi cold working pressure and 150 psi saturated steam service. It operates continuously across a temperature range of -20 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit without seat degradation. Silicon bronze stem material maintains strength at elevated temperatures while the PTFE body seal remains stable through thermal cycles. No external power or actuation is required, so the valve adds no electrical load to the system.
