Everyday Prime Lens Bundle

This bundle pairs a compact Nikon NIKKOR Z 40mm f/2 prime lens with a Sandisk 64GB Ultra memory card and a full accessory kit. It is built for photographers who want a single wide-normal focal length for daily shooting on Nikon Z-mount mirrorless cameras. The package adds a 52mm filter set, flexible tripod, sling backpack, card reader, wallet, cleaning kit, cap keeper and Corel photo software. Everything arrives new and ready to use.

Z-Mount Compatibility Decides Fit

The lens mounts natively on FX-format Nikon Z cameras and also works on DX-format bodies where it delivers a 60mm equivalent field of view. Buyers using any other lens mount or a non-Nikon mirrorless system cannot attach this lens. The 52mm filter threads and included filter kit only fit this specific lens diameter.

Bright Aperture Handles Low Light and Shallow Depth

The f/2 maximum aperture gathers ample light for indoor, evening and street scenes without pushing ISO excessively. It also provides enough subject separation for environmental portraits and selective-focus work. The two aspherical elements keep spherical aberration and distortion low across the frame. Photographers needing wider angles, longer reach or faster apertures than f/2 will need additional lenses.

Questions about this item

How wide is the field of view on a DX body with this 40mm lens?

On a DX-format Nikon Z camera the 40mm focal length gives a 60mm equivalent angle of view, making it a short telephoto for portraits and detail work.

What does the f/2 aperture mean for low-light shooting?

The bright f/2 maximum aperture lets in more light so you can use faster shutter speeds or lower ISO settings in dim conditions while still keeping the subject sharp.

What filter thread size does the lens use and what comes in the kit?

The lens has a 52mm front thread and the bundle includes a three-piece filter kit that fits that diameter.
