Nikon Z 50 20.9MP DX Camera Kit

The Nikon Z 50 is a compact mirrorless camera kit featuring a 20.9MP DX CMOS sensor and EXPEED 6 engine. It is built for creators who want professional-looking stills and 4K Ultra HD video in a lightweight, weather-sealed body. Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enable simple sharing, while the flip-down touchscreen LCD suits self-portraits and vlogging.

Upgrade From Smartphone or Entry DSLR

This camera replaces a smartphone or an older entry-level DSLR when you need a larger sensor, interchangeable lenses and in-camera video editing tools. The jump is worth it if you shoot 4K video, slow motion or time-lapse regularly and want a comfortable grip with an extended electronic viewfinder. It also adds compatibility with over 360 F-mount NIKKOR lenses via the FTZ mount adapter.

Check Lens Mount and Accessory Needs

Before ordering, verify that you have or plan to buy NIKKOR Z lenses, because the kit is a body-only configuration. Confirm whether you need the FTZ mount adapter to use existing F-mount NIKKOR lenses. Ensure your workflow supports the camera’s Wi-Fi and Bluetooth sharing features and that you have suitable storage media for 4K video files.
