Ninja DZ401 Foodi 6-in-1 10-qt XL 2-Basket Air Fryer

Dual-basket XL air fryer for family meals

The Ninja DZ401 Foodi provides two independent 5-quart zones that run simultaneously, letting you prepare different foods at the same time. Six programmable functions cover air frying, air broiling, roasting, baking, reheating and dehydrating. Its 10-quart total capacity suits households cooking for several people. Non-stick baskets and dishwasher-safe crisper plates simplify cleanup after use.

Counter space and power supply check

Ensure your worktop can accommodate the appliance footprint and that a standard outlet can deliver 1690 watts without tripping a breaker. Verify the maximum temperature of 450 F matches the recipes you plan to cook. The unit operates down to 105 F for gentle dehydrating tasks. Confirm the timer function meets the duration precision you need for each mode.

Steady heat across long cooking sessions

During extended roasting or dehydrating cycles the dual-zone design maintains consistent temperature without the fluctuations common in single-basket units. Both zones share the 1690-watt power budget, so running them together at high heat distributes load evenly. Non-stick surfaces resist carbon build-up over repeated batches, preserving airflow and cooking uniformity.
