Nippon Labs CT-12S-NA 12" Standard Cable Ties Natural 100pcs 50 lbs

12-Inch Cable Ties For Cable Management

These natural-coloured nylon ties measure 12 inches and come in a pack of 100. They suit installers who need a simple way to bundle wires inside a PC case, AV rack or network cabinet. Builders requiring reusable hook-and-loop straps or longer lengths will not find them here.

Practical Limits Of A 50-lb Tensile Rating

Each tie withstands up to 50 lbs of pull before failure, which covers typical data and power cables but not heavy conduit or structural loads. The single-use zip design means the tie must be cut off for changes, so frequent reconfiguration adds waste. Natural nylon degrades under prolonged UV exposure, so outdoor runs are not recommended.

Installation Notes And Common Pitfalls

Pull the tail through the head until snug, then trim the excess with side-cutters for a clean finish. Over-tightening can crush insulation on thin signal cables, while leaving the tail too long creates snag points. The smooth ratchet surface resists accidental release, but vibration in server racks may eventually loosen the lock if the bundle shifts.
