  • Fits 55mm lens threads for secure M75 system attachment

  • Expands M75 75mm holder compatibility across lenses

  • Lightweight ring adds minimal bulk to camera kit

55mm Adapter for M75 System

The NiSi 55mm Adapter Ring connects the M75 75mm filter holder to lenses with 55mm front threads. It bridges the gap between the included 67mm adapter ring and smaller-diameter lenses. The aluminium-alloy construction keeps the accessory light while resisting wear during frequent filter changes. Landscape and architectural photographers using the M75 system gain compatibility with a wider range of optics.

Suits M75 owners with 55mm threads.

This ring is designed exclusively for the NiSi M75 75mm Filter System and its supplied 67mm adapter. Photographers using filter holders from other brands or different NiSi series cannot attach this adapter. Buyers who need step-up rings for thread sizes other than 55mm should look at separate step-up ring sets. The adapter does not function as a standalone filter holder or lens mount.

Aluminium build adds durability without bulk

The aluminium-alloy material provides a rigid mounting surface that resists cross-threading when screwed onto the lens. Its low mass prevents balance shifts on compact lenses or gimbal setups. No additional tools, pouches or software are supplied; the ring simply threads between the lens and the existing 67mm adapter ring. This minimal addition extends the M75 holder’s usability across more focal lengths.

Questions about this item

Does this 55 mm adapter ring work with the 67 mm ring that comes in the NiSi M75 75 mm Filter Holder Kit?

Yes — it threads onto the supplied 67 mm adapter ring so the M75 holder can be used on lenses with 55 mm front threads.

Can I keep using my existing NiSi M75 75 mm filter holder when I add this adapter?

The adapter simply steps the kit's 67 mm ring down to 55 mm, so the same M75 holder remains fully compatible.

How can I confirm the adapter is seated correctly after I attach it?

The aluminum-alloy ring should thread smoothly onto the 67 mm adapter with no cross-threading and sit flush against the lens barrel.
