USB-C fingerprint reader for Windows Hello

This USB-C fingerprint reader adds Windows Hello biometric sign-in to laptops and PCs running Windows 10 or 11. It stores up to five fingerprints and supports 360-degree recognition for fast unlocking. The nano form factor measures 4.53 by 3.94 by 0.79 inches and weighs .009 kilograms.

Windows 10 and 11 Hello compatibility only

The device works exclusively with Windows 10 and 11 Hello and is not compatible with Mac OS or Chrome OS. It relies on the operating system's built-in FIDO-based authentication stack, so an updated Windows installation is required for driver support. Non-official Windows builds may block Hello features unless a new administrator account is created.

Plug-and-play with updated Windows

Driver installation is automatic on current Windows versions; if it fails the manual provides update steps. Common issues include outdated Windows builds preventing Hello access and non-official OS installs requiring a fresh administrator profile. The sensor gets more accurate with each use as fingerprint data is added to the enrolled profile.
