What this is

The NO. Dragon Scale 240 ARGB Edition White is a closed-loop liquid CPU cooler designed for desktop systems. It uses a copper-aluminium bonded radiator with two fans to move heat away from the processor. Integrated ARGB lighting adds visual flair for builders who want a coordinated look inside a windowed case.

Radiator size and fan speed

The radiator measures 277 by 120 by 27 millimetres and fits standard 240 millimetre mounting points. Dual fans run on hydraulic bearings between 800 and 1800 RPM, delivering a maximum noise level of 36.5 dB. The pump and fan assembly is rated for 40000 hours of service life under continuous operation.

Who should consider this

This cooler suits enthusiasts building a desktop PC who need reliable thermal performance with quiet, adjustable fan curves and addressable RGB synchronisation. It is not intended for server rackmount chassis that require specialised mounting brackets or for compact ITX builds where a 277 millimetre radiator cannot be accommodated.

Questions about this item

How does a 240 mm radiator perform once it is installed in a real system?

The 277 x 120 x 27 mm radiator uses copper-aluminium bonding and two hydraulic-bearing fans that spin between 800 and 1800 rpm to move heat away from the CPU.

What fan connector standard does the cooler use and what does it limit in practice?

The fans run on a standard 4-pin PWM header so the motherboard can vary speed from 800 to 1800 rpm and keep noise around 36.5 dB under load.

What clearance and mounting space does the 277 x 120 x 27 mm unit need to fit?

You need 277 mm of length, 120 mm of width and 27 mm of thickness plus room for two 120 mm fans, so check your case's top or front radiator support before buying.
